This is the time of year for cheer and excitement. However, for many people this time of year cannot pass fast enough. The lost of love ones is something that people struggle with during this time.  I know I have personally struggled to have good holidays over the past 2 years, but this year I am refusing to give into those feelings. 

It is time to allow Christ to carry me through this time. I want to know that I can bring joy to those close to me and I want to draw near to my friends so they can be there for me during this time. I have always tried to handle it on my own, but that is not how God wired us and my choice is to live the way He has chosen for me to live.  Thanks to all of my friends who have been there for me over the past 2 years.  I will do my best to be there for them..
