For so many years you find people who are running with no reason to run. That is how sin affects us in our life, we feel like we are being chased, yet there is no one pursuing us. Yet, once we have Christ we can be as bold as a Lion. Our righteousness is not ours and does not come from us but comes from the Lion of Judah. Therefore, when we are summoned to be as bold as a Lion, it means we surrender to Christ and allow him to be our fortress. He is the only reason we can stand strong against the enemy and the influence of our flesh. God knows the weakness of our minds and our desires, so much so that many of us relate the word desire to something bad. However, desire is a good word and God wants to give us what we desire, those things we know that stir our soul and not the things that make us “feel” good. As we are called to be righteous, we are also not called to do it alone, He will provide brothers and sisters that we can stand strong with and Christ is the foundation. I urge you my friends to stop running, because there is nothing pursuing you, it is only an illusion that keeps you on the run. Turn and face the monsters that approach, but face them with Christ as your righteousness and you Shall be As Bold As A LION! Amen! Proverbs 28:1
The righteous are as Bold as a Lion
