One to Another
You know the more I live life and become involved in relationships, the more I realize with Christ, we will constantly move from one to another. Now whats that mean. Well, life is a roller coaster and there are many twists, turns, flips and speed changes. As we live we go from one to another. We go from happy times to sad times, depression, Joy, relief, Awe, complacency, addictions, victories and defeats. The truth that has become my reality is that without Christ I would not have made it to this point in my life. I do not think we really understand the protection we get the moment we allow Christ to become our Savior. There is so much more to believing in Christ than just getting to go to Heaven. We are under his wings and he loves us. Even when we chose to live our life in a way that does not bring him glory, his concern is not the sin we are committing, it is our hearts that he longs for. So many times in life we are caught in the routine and then it is not until something happens, do we turn and run to Jesus. We need this reality check sometimes, even those of us who live good christian lives. Our prayers and faith and belief in him will be tested. It’s in those times we find him the strongest, but I believe and my goal is to chase after Jesus that way all the time. Create in me a pure heart and with my heart in his hands, our one to another becomes less about the roller coaster of life and more about the hearts we can touch and help heal through Christ. Let your one to another be about your family and friends and not the twists, turns and flips that life places before us.
