When and Where?
When and where will it happen is a thought that every human has. There is no getting away from the question. The problem is the answer because we rarely ever know it. We ask this question for our personal life, financial life, social life, work life and ultimately life itself, especially when we have loved ones who are hurting or have become ill.
If you ever want to know how faith works think of one of your when and where questions and sit in it. When those nerves come and the thoughts that are overwhelming begin, PAUSE, and it is in that moment you find your Faith. We are not supposed to know the answer for some of those questions, but we are supposed to live life and live it to the full. I am not living life to full by any means, but I am striving for making that a priority. God is real and He will show up. That is something I have learned in my life regardless of the outcome. You see we live too much in the World and what “they” say our lives should look like and believe me I know how easy it is to follow that trend, even knowing Christ.
When and where will it happen? This is a question I didn’t even think about with my mom. You see as her son I lived believing she would always be around and in that I believe I missed out on some extra awesome moments, but when she was taken home with Jesus it was unexpected. This is one of those situations that will challenge your faith, whether it is a friend or family member. It brings thoughts that start to cloud your thinking and whispers that challenge your faith. You dig deep and reach for that light of Christ in the hope you can give it all to him. Giving Jesus the outcome of any situation is not easy for human nature, but it is for a Child Of The Most High! Remembering God will show up, in His time, but He will show up.
When and Where will it happen? I ask this for myself when it comes to a romantic relationship. Where is she and when will I meet her? I think about it and now the same faith I live knowing Christ loves me needs to be the same faith I live knowing he will allow me to cross paths with my future wife. I am thankful for a God who is real and has made a difference in my life. Joyce Meyers has a book called beauty from ashes and I think that happens to all of our souls when we battle the when and where questions in our life. God and Christ and The Holy Spirit are Ignited in those moments and long for us to have Faith!
In the end, Just know my dear Friends, GOD WILL SHOW UP!!
One Love, One King, All Christ
